President Donald Trump has declared a major emergency in New York, Texas and Florida due to an outbreak of corona in these areas.
"New York is our biggest problem in the fight against HIV," Trump said in a speech.
"We are intensifying our efforts to help New York overcome the Coronavirus crisis," he said.
The President went on to say that hospitals and medical centers are being built in New York to counter corona.
