Trump is upset with China over the recent emergence of Corona

US President Donald Trump said on Sunday that he was "a bit unhappy" with China's stance on the spread of the new Coronavirus, accusing Beijing again of not sharing important information about the epidemic.
Trump stressed that the Chinese authorities "should have taught us," repeating the phrase "Chinese virus", which deeply troubles the Chinese system.

Although he seemed to hold the Chinese Communist authorities some responsibility for the spread of the virus, which was first detected in December in the Chinese city of Wuhan, Trump stressed that his relationship is very good with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping.

On Sunday, he said again that China-US relations are "very good", but added: "I wish they had reported this problem to us three months ago." And he added, "We could have saved many lives around the world."

On Friday, China accused US President Donald Trump of trying to "blame" it on the issue of the outbreak of the new Coronavirus, in the context of a growing dispute between the two countries.

"Some people on the US side are trying to stigmatize China's war against the epidemic and blame China," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Jing Shuang.

"This approach ignores the great sacrifice made by the Chinese people to protect the health and safety of mankind, and it is a slander against the right of China's major contribution to global public health," he added.

The Chinese official said that China shared the data with the United States throughout the health crisis.

The Coronavirus (Covid-19) has moved from its main outbreak center in central China to around the world, and while Asian countries, most notably South Korea, are still recording new infections, the center of the epidemic is currently in Europe, with Italy and Spain reporting steady cases and deaths.
